New Build For The Summer

I've been out of the loop for a couple of months so I don't exactly know what's going on in the computer world. I'm looking for a high-end gaming computer. I'm mostly looking for something that can play ARMA3 with smooth fps. I won't being using anything from my last build, except my mouse. My budget isn't defined yet, but it's above 1,500 dollars. I can't wait to see your suggestions, and thanks in advance! :toast:

Either IvyBridge 3770K or Haswell 4770K for CPU and dual 690's for GPU should do great

i would dual titan instead of quad sli (or even single titan, not sure how gpu demanding arma 3 is)

2700k or 3770k or 4770k at 4.5-5ghz would be nice

from what i've seen, they hang around the same price ($300-330), & of course they're quite similar (4core8thread somewhat similar benchmarks)

kinda put the 2700 in there since 5ghz is easier on it than ivy right?

Ok, so far I've added the 3770k and I went for one EVGA GTX680 FTW, but I don't know what motherboard to get.

I was looking at the ones linked below.

wait for the GTX780 to release. I think tomorrow is when it releases, it might be a paper launch though.

Look at ASRock or MSI. IMO they have best bang for buch. MSI Z77 GD65 or Mpower are good ones
