dlss is turned off. turned off antialiasing help little.... strange.
The game uses TAA which can miss fine details especially in the distance when enabled.
DLSS might be worth trying with a new DLL like 3.7 it usually handles fine details better than TAA but it depends on the version post 3.0 are much better at it imo.
Something else to keep in mind sometimes turning up settings can make lod transitions more obvious because games will usually make a cone in front of the player usually in screen space and at a certain distance there is a normal drop off in detail. This is especially true for open world games and even something like Forza Horizon.
