This may seem like a total mystery of a question, but I just hooked up a new OLED monitor yesterday and I noticed it caused certain things to be really laggy. Like opening windows settings, or when logging in from a boot up or locked screen. PC was not like this with my IPS. Anyone have any ideas or experience with such behavior? Was going to try updated my GPU drivers and maybe chipset first.
Doesn't make any sense that a monitor would cause this.
