New TF2 Achievement system, Like or Dislike, please answer

this new system ruins everything on the update!!
where´s my old work trying to achieve some stuff to get my shiny weapons??
it´s ridiculous!
go into a server, stay AFK and get your weapons, WTH???

And that! I hate it when updates come out, everyone plays the class with the unlocks.. I HATED pyro because I always play spy..

I would've been f*cked as Medic if they kept the old system; Walk out of spawn, backstab. Walk out of spawn, turn corner, backstab. Walk out of spawn, turn corner, shoot n00b spy, get headshotted.
At least we get to keep our old acheived weapons, I my Blutsauger.

you will never get in a clan with that attitude, just teasing. I don't like the new system. but seriously if your getting pinned down at spawn get organized.

There random, you just play the game and hope you get something. Keep in mind that you can get the same weapon you already unlocked before.

i love it, now there isnt all snipers and spys playing. i got huntsman 10 min of gameplay so calm down its not bad.

Many have said they got weapon by going to critic ridden servers and spectated.

Also, I think you can only get a certain number of weapons per server, not sure but after about 3 hours folks were getting new weapons any more.

Yes you can.... Im doing it as we speak and unlocked 12 unlocks already since yesterday just spectating on my own server.

I hate it because its bugged, and i cant get any weapon at all.

and they admitted it's bugged atm and next mini update will sort it.
it rewards you for time playing but for some reason its not triggering properly so some people getting too many and some too soon

also It's meant to be common to get weapons then HARD and rare to get hats.


also the trade system they will implement will be nice

Lets face it, no one cared about the unlock weapons because people didn't put that kind of time in playing TF2. They should have left it simple:
-kill this many heavies get this weapon
-kill this many spys and get this weapon
-etc

But noo...they made it a lot more complicated by how you have to go about gaining achievements. Not only that, they never told you which set of achievements would unlock which weapon. So if you are in a match already and wanted to know you had to exit out and visit some blog, old thread or youtube to get the answer. Which IMO really confused a lot of people in the end. So in the end I think this is a good move albeit not the best way of implementing it.

I wasn't being serious. But the number of spies has seriously gone up, snipers too. I was on a server last night and the team consisted of 4 spies, 3 snipers and a pyro.
In that game I was killing spies left right and centre...
