There is a new tool for modders called VASynth that uses machine learning to generate original, and convincing NPC voices. The machine learning part of the tool was trained with NPC voices from various Bethesda games. Some of the generated voices require tweaking to punctuation, spelling tricks, pitch, and speed control to sound natural.
