I'm new to this forum, how do you add "thanks" to other poeple (members)?

Click the little thanks button in the lower right corner of the message box, of the person you want to thank.
And , Welcome.

Down right corner of their post, it says Thanks and has a smiley icon.

Yep, right by the Multi Quote and Quote button. 95 Viper, I have that "I hear Banjo's" in a magnet on my ice box.

Yeah, I thought I saw it there before. But a few posts in I wanted to thank this one guy and the icon was not in the corner.
