I have a Zotac "Synergy Edition" GTX 570 which basically is a 570 GPU mounted on a 480 PCB. I'm running Win7 64 bit, driver 290.36

The card is watercooled which is why the RPM value is wrong in the screenshot.
Also, the VDDC is read correctly as the VID of this GPU really is exactly 1.0 (the reading updates correctly when I overclock).

Any ideas?

Don't know. The PCB is the stock 480 PCB, so it's very likely to be whatever the 480 has by default.

EDIT: I checked the back of the card and it's the CHL 8266
