Hi all, I have this card: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/details/22g92 and is very noisy when I'm playing games. The fans pass the 2000 rpm, when I limit to 35% the fans with the AMD software is noisy too.
I don't know what to do with this or if that is normal in this GPU.

Well, I wait for your suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
All the best.

Do you have zero fan enabled? If so that could be the case. Do you have anything obstructing the GPU fans?

Yes, I have zero fan enabled and nothing obstructing the GPU fans.
Ok if you go into AMD software disable zero fan. Then enable fan tuning. Set a curve of 45 degrees up form left to right in the chart and apply. With zero fan the fans do not spin up until the temps are over 45 degrees but with the AMD hotspot being up to 30 degrees hotter that could contribute to the fan noise.

I don't know. Has non brand.
Likely a cheap Chinese brand, crappy cooler, fans, hot and loud, you should look to replace the fans or ghetto mod it with a couple of 120mm case fans

What the man said. Deshrouding the card helps alleviate two major issues - temps and noise. If warranty void isn't a concern that is, and if a bit of tinkering with connecting the fans isn't a problem. I'm not recommending using anything than card's own fan headers to power the fans (as intended). Powering GPU fans from a motherboard headers is a mess IMO.

Well, when the games load the GPU 99%-100% all the GPUs are a lite noisy, I suppose.

In my Silverstone ML09b I use Noctua NA-FC1 fan speed controller to power 2 dual NF-A8 fans on my deshrouded 4060 (low profile). Works pretty well as I just set it once for a good noise profile without connecting it to the motherboard. It seems in my case as well I don't have to run fans at max speed to prevent thermal throttling and can still run a reasonably quiet fan speed while gaming. If one decides to deshroud their GPU the Noctua fan controller seems like an option to consider.

But does it have to run 99-100% utilization? What I mean is, when I play a non-demanding game on my 60mhz monitor, the card rushes to generate as many frames as possible for example 200 fps, but when I enable Vsync, gpu usage drops to lets say 40% for that particular title and I still get butter smooth gameplay. I think you need to both clean/mod the card and check you software settings.

Time to repaste the GPU.
I have a much larger delta, but I'm able to still keep the hotspot at <85C @ 2.9. I have a very-large delta @ 2.9. OTOH, the 6600 XT should be easier to cool then the 6700 family.
