We have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (Version 1809), but it is failing the install saying the Driver is not compatible with this version of Windows. I've tried the same version that does work from their site, and it's still not working.

Windows LTSC is just windows bare bones. When you install it, it comes with ABSOLUTELY nothing installed. No bloated Microsoft store apps, no ads, you can fully control your updates...It's magical! Very hard to get though, as it is usually used for IoT devices, so you don't get random update screens popping up.

Edit:
I have a Lenovo Yoga C940 15". GTX 1650

What driver?
Windows usually installs the basic Nv driver thru update.
Or use something like 7zip and unzip the Nv installer and go thru device manager and point to the driver folder.

I don't know about this issues, but you'll find that LTSC can be a pain because some stuff doesn't work with it. It's not really designed to be used as a workstation. It's designed for things like PoS terminals, ATMs, medical equipment, etc.

For example, Microsoft has said future versions of Office won't install on LTSC. And I wouldn't be surprised if other things don't work.

For me, it's just not worth it. Stick to the Fall Updates on the Semi-Annual channel, then you only have to do the major feature updates every 2 years(the Fall Updates are supported for 30 Months). Inbetween those 2 years, you just do the normal security updates. If you don't like the store, unpin it from the taskbar and move on. I've never touched the store on any of my machines, it's never been opened. If you don't like the "bloat" that Microsoft installed, look on these forums for the script to turn that off. W1z has posted it, run that in an administrator command prompt before connecting the computer to the internet, and you all set. And while you're at it, run Spybot's anti-beacon to turn off all the rest of the annoying stuff. It's like 3 clicks, and all that garbage is disabled, including the phoning home stuff.

Also note that LTSC doesn't support silicon that was released after the version of LTSC was released. I believe this can also mean GPUs. So it might just be that the GTX1650 isn't supported by the LTSC 1809 that came out before the GTX1650. I know, it sounds stupid that you can't just install a driver for a newer piece of hardware, but that is the entire point of the LTSC.
