Nvflash Error

My graphics card is broken (flashing wrong bios).I want to flash my display card with nvflash for DOS. I have original BIOS, "no nvidia display nvidia adapter found" error. windows version is running. I flash with windows, but the card is not recovered. I want to flash in DOS version. There is only one video card slot on the motherboard. I'm trying to flash onboard VGA. How can i fix it? (nvflash dos 5.163/gtx660)
