For me driver wise I'd prefer Nvidia. If you like to tinker with your GPU settings a lot AMD is the way to go.
For raw performace the 5700 wins a bit over the 2060. Truth be told I was suppose to get a 5700 but the stores didn't have them in stock when I bought my 2060. Still happy with my purchase.
