nVIDIA Filters not working after using NVCleanInstall

Hello guys, I play Warzone and I use some nVIDIA Filters to make the game look better (mostly clean visibility, as the game looks like it has vaseline all over the place [although it tanks my FPS, I don't care])

But somehow, I try to install the drivers and even though GeForce Experience works all right (my highlights get recorded and such), I can't enable my nVIDIA Filters

I am enabling "GeForce Experience" and "ShadowPlay" (with all their requirements/prerequisites enabled) like this:

(I have tried with "Disable Installer Telemetry & Advertising" unchecked and "Disable Driver Telemetry", under "Show Expert Tweaks" unchecked also)

Anyone has any idea of why does this happen?

What are "NV platform containers?" Could they be required?

Not really... But why would it be needed?
I have no idea. I'm just poking random things and hoping something will make it work... lol.
