@W1zzard In future, plotting the observed GPU and memory clocks on the idle power usage graphs would be quite useful to determine if the cards are downclocking correctly and/or whether there is a power bug.

The Radeon RX Vega 64 comes with a dual BIOS switch, which lets you toggle to a secondary BIOS that runs at a lower power limit of 200W as opposed to the 220W on the default BIOS.

It's an alternative BIOS that runs the card slower so it doesn't consume as much power and thus produces less heat and noise.
