Sure they were and still are. Not once have I ever sold a card the specs of which were not printed clearly on the box. It's truth in advertising laws that are a part of the greater consumer protection laws. And even if not, the details specs were well known and easily found on the net. There is absolutely no excuse for not knowing the specs of the card before it is purchased.
