The NZXT Source 340 aims to draw the masses away from picking elaborate-looking counterparts for 70 USD by showing them how sleek and beautiful a case can look without breaking the bank. Available in black or white, the Source 340 utilizes metal panels all around - a first for a case in this price bracket.

Just bought the s340 about a month ago. Mine was missing the cable management cover. It took them over three weeks to get one out to me. Other than the missing part, its a great budget case.

Although I rarely use it, I would like the option of an optical drive bay, even a slot loader.
It could be mounted in front of the PSU and open on the side to retain the clean front look.

yeah pretty dope case, too bad there is no dvd bay, just 1 at the top above the front fans would be perfect. i love my tv shows and i have plenty on dvd and always watch them on my pc with my optical drive so i NEED a dvd bay in every case i own.

Was considering this case a week back but the lack of a 240 or 280 support on the top killed it for me sadly

use external dvd-rom. The Asus one looks good.

I for one welcome our new semi-blind overlords. My systems' eyes are now all peripheral, and the disc-reading ones are usually in a closet, only to be brought out for the odd rip.

I like the clean aesthetics of this case.

i like that, but open top for intake like calling the dust or other object

You can mount a 240 in the front and 120 in rear which is plenty for a full loop. Look at the S340 Club over at OCN. Lots of pics of full loops.

  • Dust filter in front does not hold too well
The front dust filter does fit and hold without any problems.

My front dust filter fits and holds on just fine. Does a pretty good job too.

That's a nice case. How many 3.5 drives can it hold ?

Good case, i have it for 2 months and i m verry pleased about it ..also with DeepCool RGB Led's

Pro: Cable manag,side panel windowed,solid construction,looks good,etc ...
Con: No bay of 5.25

Ps: I recomend it for best case, also future proof.. :-)
