In this .zip are the oblivion item list and spell list. The spell list is rather complete, unlike some you may find. These are not my work, just a bit of copy/paste work.

If you see more than one spell or item in the list, it's a leveled spell or item. As they go down in the list they get stronger.

Looks good....but its sorted based on text not power o.o

No, I mean like this:
Chillrend FormID: 00068BFC
Chillrend FormID: 00068BFD
Chillrend FormID: 00068BFE
Chillrend FormID: 00068BFF
Chillrend FormID: 00068C00
Chillrend FormID: 00068C01

The frst Chillrend will be the weakest one. The last will be the strongest.

It happens in the spell list too:
Finger of the Mountain (000C6984)
Finger of the Mountain (000C6986)
Finger of the Mountain (000C48A6)
Finger of the Mountain (000C48A7)
Finger of the Mountain (000C6983)
Finger of the Mountain (000C6982)
Finger of the Mountain (000C6985)

Same deal.

I figured I might as well post all the commands I use from time to time, since I already posted this...
tgm--god mode
tcl--no clip
movetoqt--move to current quest target
psb--player spell book: adds all spells to list
kill--kills selected target (you open the console and click on something)

You can also use that item list to REMOVE items and spells.
player.removeitem
player.removespell

pcb os a good one if your jittering and running slow clears the cell buffers or something like that anyways to put it more simply the oblivion cache

the most powerful finger in the mountain is awesome...its like the emperor with his lighting sith powers ;)

Yeah, you can hear your enemies flesh fry and their bones crack :rockout:

I finished the finger of the mountain quest very early in the game, and got the spell, but wasn't able to use it until I reached 75 on my Destruction skill, which was not until the Shivering Isles expansion :p But once I got to use I rained death and destruction upon my enemies! :D

Don't you guys think Oblivion's magic system wasn't as well developed as the melee fighting system? I mean, it has cool spells and everything, but none of them isn't as powerful as having a high level melee character with a very strong weapon like the sword of the crusader or duskfang and dawnfang?

I made a very efficant spell once. It did fire, lightning, frost, drain health, damage health, and weakness to magicka all for 10 points for 3 seconds (weakness to magicka being the exception at 50%). It was cheap to make, it's cheap to cast too.
Here's a list of commands I use before even playing:
wm 50
thighprocess

occasionally I do this:
pcb
cfg

You know if you're playing without cheats, raiding duengons is extremely helpful in getting gold, espically at low levels. It also boosts armorer, just take the armor and weapons from people you kill and repair.

If you havn't done the whom gods annoy quest, the one where you get the staff of the everscamp, you should do it. The scamps justkeep respawning... ideas? Your blade skill increaced. Your light armor skill increaced. Your block skill increaced...

Here's a bug I thought I'd post as of version 1.2:
If you have a quest item equipped, like the ring of the vipereye, and you get thrown in jail, the attributes are permanatly added to your characted, yet you can't use the ring.

Here's another bug:
With ANY bound item, have them damaged and repair them (or if you are an expert armorer, just repair to 125%). Now drop it. Wait until the spell wears off. You now have Bound items that last forever. And no they are no longer bound. You can also enchant them. Free weightless Daedric stuff!!

tdt: debug screen (including fps)

Wow, I just got back into Oblivion recently. I played a little when I first got it shortly after it came out, but my old PC didn't play it as well as I liked. Now it plays great at 1600x1200 maxed out, tuned ini, LOD/Normal Map mods, etc. I do enjoy this game a lot more, and have decided to play it thru.

Plundering dungeons is fun

Here's another glitch:
Anyone who's done a quest called "the collector" knows that some dark elf wants 10 alyeid statues. I used the trusty item list... then he wants some kind of plaque from an alyeid ruin. Then he wants a crwon of the last alyeid king... Those of you who have done this quest know that if you give him the wrong one, he dies and the crown is permanatly broken. You can still try and repair it though... I'm a master armorer and every other skill is under 60 lol
