Oblivion--Weightless item?

I need either the name, or the Item ID, or both--of a weightless ring or amulet. Oblivion tells me that I can't add items while I am pickpocketing, but I am supposed to be able to add zero-weight items. The item, obviously, cannot be a quest item because quest items can't be removed from the inventory. Anyone?? Perferably non-enchanted, although if it comes with an enchantment on it that does, say, fire damage, that would be fine.

why would you want to put any weightless jewlerly onto someone?

Because I plan to negitavely enchant it so it causes damage to that person's health. It's a way of killing someone without actually killing them, if you know what I mean. No "The Dark Brotherhood is watching you" message, and people won't be like OMG HE HILLED SOMEONE!! MURDER!!

but wouldnt the person need to wear it to take effect? not only have it in inventory?

only thing that is wearable, 0 weight and enchantable is a mage's hood or something like that
the Mythic Dawn wear them sometimes IIRC

If you enchant such an item, you can place it in someone's inv while sleeping - they wake up and put it right on
