I think it seems like a decent build. Do you not think that a 650 is over the top for a standard office pc? I think other than that seems good ;)

Way too much for an office system. Just do a AMD APU quad core with 4GB of ram.

A Pentium dual core or even a i3 with 4gb can handle office. The IGP might be able to utilize the dual screen you mention but that would mean moving up to the H61M-A. or just go with a 5450/6450 512mb or 1gb card. Why would you need a Mechanical keyboard that much for business use? Grab some Logitech keyboard/mouse packages!

Personally, I think you need to lay out all of your office's IT needs on paper. Then decide if it would be a better strategy to build several small systems that meet the individual requirements. With the build you proposed, if that goes down then you have lost all of your admin systems.

I suggest buying a raid 1 NAS for nightly backups. Get a UPS for it and buy an aftermarket gigabit switch. Build a database for all of your transactions. Then, build a front end machine with an APU that costs a few hundred bucks.

Total overkill. 8GB would be nice (VM's), but I wouldn't say it's a requirement. The rest is so much overkill. $150 keyboards? $180 headsets? If it's supposed to be a sort lof luxury office and you're taking a premium on your services I guess it would make sense. And why Windows 7 and not 8?
