Old drivers are still there taking up space?

I installed the control center 5.7 over the old 5.1 control panel i had and in the add/remove progs windows i seen that the old one was still there it looks like how do i uninstalled the old one or just get it off my comp? Should i just uninstall everything and reinstall the 5.7

you should always unisntall your driver reboot then reinstall new one
 
I deinstall most apps in safe mode. Just to be on the safe side ;) In safe mode only basic drivers are loaded so you do not run into the situation when you are deisntalling something that is actually running. Alledgly XP does not require that. But I have and like my old habits :cool:
 
ya old habits are good . they wook well when u are using an old os like 98 witch sucks but i cant comp[lane as long as i have a computer to do things on. o and to get rid of them go into ad and remove programs and just uninsal the driver and then it wil probly ask u to restart so u should do it then after u restart just look and see fi thay are there and if they are not well u should know that they are no longer there
