I noticed a few errors on my Zotac GF9300-A-E. This board is a socket 775 Micro-ATX MB with a GeForce 9300. I included a side-by-side screenshot of the Nvdia driver's system info and GPU-Z's results. There are two errors I notice (there may be others):

- GPU-Z reports DDR while the actual RAM is DDR2

- GPU-Z reports 64-bit bus width while it is actually 128-bit.

I'm also not sure if the bus interface is correct (PCI?). I also believe the technology is 65nm.

it is an integrated card, ddr reading is incorrect and PCI bus doesnt make a difference, that is a normal functioning 9300

but the memory bus is odd?
try and older version of GPU-z but to be honest if nvidia sees that correctly then it is fine

I was just trying to help make this useful tool a little more accurate. All my other stand alone cards get reported correctly. If the devs wish to tweak the detection for these boards I would be happy to test it for them. If not, no worries on my part.
