I have a rog gu502lv. I7-10750h with 2060 max q refresh. I have included my MSI afterburner clock increases which are stable and I have taken pictures of the throttle stop settings I have offsets made in BIO switches you can see stick. I am trying to lower my thermals because they stay above 80. I really need help with throttle stop I have no knowledge of its settings and such I've never used it if somebody can please help me select optimal settings I would really appreciate it and if there's anything else I can do to undervolt the GPU or the CPU or anything else please assist me with this thank you have a nice day

trying to lower my thermals because they stay above 80
Why is 80 a problem? Intel rates their CPUs to be able to run reliably up to 100°C. Your laptop manufacturer has lowered the thermal throttling temperature from the Intel specified value of 100°C down to 95°C so your CPU is already extra safe. Gaming laptops are designed to run for hours at high temperatures.

The BIOS has locked CPU voltage control and it has locked the turbo ratio adjusters in the FIVR window so your options are limited. If you really want your computer to run cooler, go into the TPL window and lower the Speed Shift Max value. This controls your maximum CPU speed. Use a Speed Shift Max value of 38 to slow your CPU down to approximately 3791 MHz (38.0 X 99.767 MHz). You might not even notice a slight loss of performance when gaming. You should see better temps.

I guess I was not exactly clear in what my purpose was I am trying to get better performance as well as better temperatures but mostly performance is
what I'm shooting for so if you have any tips or anything else you did offer me I would greatly appreciate it I specially as far as undervolting the GPU I have no idea how to go about that if it is even possible

better performance as well as better temperatures
Your BIOS has locked CPU voltage control. The only way to get better temperatures is to slow your CPU down. This will result in less performance. There is nothing you can do to the CPU to get both better performance and better temperatures.

If MSI Afterburner has an option to lower the GPU voltage, you could try doing that. With the GPU overclock you are running, even if reducing GPU voltage was possible, you would likely hit stability issues very quickly. Looks like your laptop is running as good as it is going to get.
