Our friends from Overclock Zone have visited several schools in Thailand where they explained computer technology and showed the kids how to overclock.

Great that people are spreading the word.

are you sure thats a good idea ? thai school machines, those are probobly not state of the art, actually, probobly low end machines, prebuilts, and their overclocking potential might be a bit low and some serious damage could be caused, were not talking about dfi boards and samsung memory, a better use of those resources is steering them away from windows to make sure those machines get better use and those school kids get a better IT education with more resources (linux anyone ? )

^ linux all the way man suse user for 2 yrs gentoo coming up

i own like 11 distros

i thought their brought their own stuff to show off

the systems seemed high end if i read correctly

Hmmm showing off expensive toys to poor kids.

^ yes i dont approve to that however..one kid was holding a box of some kind looked like it had a usb connector on it...the sad thing is he probably won it and doesnt have a comp @ home :(

The video buffered to 11%, then froze and crashed WMP. Any mirrors? I want to see how bad this really is.

Yeah, that would be cruel. :slap: And useless too. Can't think why they'd wanna do that?? Although Thailand is pretty cheap, maybe they gave away some stuff while they were there...
