p4s800+overclocking

Hi
my system spec are:
P4 Prescott 3.0
Asus P4s800

512 ddr 400 kingston
9800 pro
I would like to know how much can i overclock my cpu without burning my mobo. The cpu cooler is a thermaltake sonic tower w/ a 120mm fan, with idle temps of 30º, and load of 40º, the motherboard cooler is stock, idle 20º and load 30ºc

I think you should just oc it till it doesnt boot, then turn it down a bit. Then run 3dmark to see if it is stable if not down clock it a little bit more.
