Page loading issues from Russia

Nothing that starts with https://www.techpowerup.com or http://www.techpowerup.com will load when I'm having this issue. It's NOT related to Cloudflare. Something that's in between blocks my requests and I have no idea what.

And no, I have no way to know when it's gonna break. I might use TPU fine for minutes, I might have no access for hours, it doesn't depend on a time of day or anything else that I could think of. It just happens without a warning.

Ping always worked and returned 105 to 112 ms ping with no obvious way to tell when it'll be lower or higher.
Traceroute works consistently but details are inconsistent. Sometimes it's 13 hops, sometimes it's 18; it doesn't always hop to the same servers.

UPD (08:49 PM UTC) @W1zzard, I haven't been using TPU extensively today but the connection was spot on the whole day. Probably the problem is gone but we'll see next week when I'll have more spare time.

Had a brief connection loss today. Did you mess with the settings or is it just me?

I think I broke something while resyncing our filesystem. Should be fixed now
