So from your list I would say the best choice would be 4060 from asus/giga/msi with decent cooler, like strix/tuf/gaming series.

Strix is not an option. I mean it's a ridiculous 1000€ here for an already overpriced card. I have as options: Asus Dual OC, this Palit right here, Zotac Twin Edge, MSI Gaming X for 20€ more.
Those are 2460Mhz to 2535 Asus to 2600 Gaming X. Does this matter?
