Hi, I have a problem with my mouse being floaty and sluggish, this can even be felt in desktop and even more in games. When I run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool my PC freezes while on the CPU Load fragment, maybe that's something related to the bad mouse movement? I don't get crashes while playing but when running the tool the PC freezes. I thought it might be a bad CPU or motherboard, I have replaced both with no positive effect so I went on replacing the RAM and PSU and the issue is still there.
