I am looking to replace my logitech momo wheel.
I would like to keep cost less than $125.00
want as much programmability as I can get.

I'm sorry, but I do not think your budget is enough to meet the needs you require.

The best option for you, IMHO, would be an OLD Logitech Driving Force Pro.

Try getting a logitech driver force pro or Logitech G25 its better than the thrustmaster one
