PC Restarts after blue screen error when I assign new IP

Dear Group members
I have an exacqvision server PC. With dual lan cards.
Without domain .
When I am trying to change its ip ( previously was static)
It gives blue screen error and restarts
But when I changed it to dynamic.
It remains Normal.
Now I am again trying to assign it a static IP but it is not taking and restarts after blue screen error
