Any ideas... PC is slow to get past the Welcome screen on start-up, it starts off black with a moveable mouse pointer and then loads up the welcome screen, then it takes ageeeeessss to load up my programs which it never used to do...
The graphics card fan doesnt speed up to cool down my 5970 until ATI CCC has loaded...
