PC WONT BOOT AFTER ADDING NEW EXTRA FAN

tl:dr

Wait, a 3 pin fan? Did I read the OP correctly that you "reconnected my cables" What exactly did you have to do to install this new fan? I don't think I normally unplug things to install a 3 pin fan, although everyone does their PC a little different..
No a 4pin fan, from sharkoon 120mm rgb nothing special was just an ez install but for some reason my pc wont turn on again suddenly, think its the motherboard.

I agree. If I wanted to duplicate such a problem I would unplug a cpu cable or gpu power and insert it into the motherboard reversed. It would cause just this sort of situation. Possibly permanent. Next I would suggest inspecting visible foil traces& components for signs of smoke release.

Try a bios reset. Or pull the CMOS out of the motherboard for about a minute, then reinstall it.

ARGB or RGB. Which header did you use to connect the RGB end to the mobo?
Give us link to the fan and show use how did you plug it in.
