I've narrowed down to these two models:

It appears they're very similar, what is the difference here? I assume the ViewSonic monitor is overclocked or something, since they're operating on the same panel?

It says that LG doesn't fully utilize G-Sync, whilst Viewsonic model does. I didn't understand this, what does it mean for gaming?

Out of experience with Lenovo Y27gq-25 (G-Sync) and Iiyama GB2760QSU-B1 (FreeSync), both connected to 2080 ti, I couldn't find so far any difference (note here: both TN, I do not have experience with IPS).

Thanks everyone for your contribution, just want to inform you that after reviewing all of your comments, I've ordered ViewSonic Elite XG270QG, it should be here on Friday. Some of the monitors weren't available so I have to compromise for this one, even though I wanted to buy Asus RoG PG279QZ. I will make sure to write my experience with this monitor.

Wish you all the best, and thanks again!
