PNY 4070 Ti Super XLR8

Hi, does anyone know if this version of the card has bios with min.fan speed ~1450RPM (30%) and there is no way to go lower ? I know about the problems of the Ti version without the "super" and now I'm wondering if this one has the same...

Yes, I have this card and min fan speed is 1450rpm. I've contacted PNY support and they said they would escalate to their engineering team. Never heard back from them. It's been over a month. I flashed the non-XLR8 bios from Techpowerup using nvflashk and am getting 1300rpm now. I'm hunting for a BIOS for this exact PCB that will do 1000rpm min. Will keep you updated.

My advise is NOT to get this card despite it having very low chance of coil whine. I were to go back I would have bought the gigabyte card.

PNY support is useless and will ignore you.
