Well he does test it at various loads not just 200% and takes all his tests (not just transient) into account when grading the PSU. That said he has a best picks page for several wattage categories where he displays the three best testing PSU in various test as well as an overall performance score for all tested PSU based on AC input. Maybe it's just me but I never understood the need to take someone else tests or reviews and say well this is what the reviewer actually meant to say. There's nothing wrong with posting reviews scores and thoughts from reviewers or even disagreeing with them I just always find it interesting how sometimes people take those reviews and almost re-organize them for the reviewer.Since the 12V rail’s transient response might be the most important indicator in today’s PSUs
