it's the non-led version of the superflower so meh

If you don't mind 230V input only (not full range APFC) and Taiwanese filtering caps in secondary side, SF 550W Silver is very good choice. Efficiency is almost at Gold 115V level.

That's the CPU.. unless he's running off the IGP.

Still I'd go 550w in case he wants a discrete later (again, if hes running on igpu).

I have doubts about the quality of the fans they mount, in the sense that I don't know which one is the best. and it seems to me that superflower has more protection than seasonic

no video card at the moment, maybe in the future if I find the offer, maybe an rx580 or new ones with ray tracing
