For a card that sits between an GTX 1070 and 1070 ti, $330 is not a bad price if you are a fan of AMD. It does consume more power and noisier, but this AIB card might be good. Reviews seem good too.

Powercolor makes good cards. I've never had one of them give me a problem, I'm pretty sure my 6950 is still running to this day, I just forget who I gave it to. The red dragons are one of the higher end models,

EVGA bstock has gtx1070's for around this price too, fwiw, but not cards of this quality

That's a custom PCB with reduced clocks. Proceed with a "simple bios flash" at your own risk and with extreme caution.

for $20 more, the 1070 ti is prob the better deal over vega 56, especially since 1070 ti will OC like a beast and vega will not, so your looking at surpassing even stock 1080 once oc'd.

long that vein, the performance can be bumped up by overclocking. In most games, the overclock I reached would deliver stock GTX 1080 FE performance. Not bad for AMD's latest architecture. PowerColor has built a card that delivers excellent performance in all the resolutions tested and you can tune the settings for even higher FPS levels. Priced at $599 at launch, the Red Devil RX Vega 56 does come at a steeper price point than the GTX 1080, but when overclocked and tuned it can deliver better than stock GTX 1080 performance. Combine the good looks that stick with the Red Devil theme and you have a great card for gaming.

You're referencing a review for the PowerColor Red DEVIL, while the specified product that was on sale (a great value but now sold out) is the PowerColor Red DRAGON.

Good find, but that is out of stock and not new (1 year warranty only and no games). I still think this Vega 56 is a better deal.
