Presenting the New TechPowerUp

I'm on Firefox...the font that is used on the right for New Posts....too blurry to read with my poor eyesight.

Best,

Liquid Cool

Works for me on iPhone, how is it messed up?

On Android 5.1.1 it is only listing 'today's reviews' and no other news stories. Hit 'load more' or refresh and only get yesterday's Reviews.

Congratulations on releasing the new design and layout. I have no problem with the font. Actually I like it, but I was wondering why all of sudden the font changed. I thought it was just misconfiguration on my end. Chrome and my other browsers use Japanese language and fonts as default so there might be conflicts in rendering website encoded in different language. But fortunately it is not. Once again, congratulations. And I hope the ads featured on this site are not changed. I like hardware ads in this site and they are not intrusive, especially from Seasonic.

no complaints

Nice update! TPU is evolving!

the font still looks weird to me on the front pages.

I'm using a 46" HDTV which is not common, but the forum text is nice and clear while the front page aliases and goes fuzzy.

Looks great on my 3008WFP (2560x1600), and my Surface Pro 3, both using Edge. Using Chrome, it looks horrible on the 3008WFP.

Another person for Font change please.

Its terrible for scale and read ability on a desktop. If the monitor is even slightly away from the user.

it looks good but soften font

+1 for font being poo!

Is there an option to use the old version? the new font looks bad :(

*EDIT*

Yeah, change that bad to unreadable. I just tried to read an article and had to give up and C&P it into Notepad because it was giving me eye strain >.>

@W1zzard
Font antialiasing/smoothing have some obvious different default settings in Firefox and Chrome.
Maybe it's time to experiment with some of these css properties:

Code:
body {
    -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; // or subpixel-antialiased
    -moz-osx-font-smoothing: grayscale;
}

Edit: Hmm, seems they don't support these anymore, so best you can do to improve readability in chrome is:

Code:
body {
    text-rendering: optimizeLegibility !important;
    text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px rgba(0,0,0,0.004); // almost invisible shadow in an attempt to improve antialiasing
}

My fonts changed in the forum. Looks terrible.

Super Awesome guys :)

Review Database's Browse button did not work.

Didn't get to read all the comments, but the new looks sucks to work with when not in full screen, ie snapped to the side of the screen. Other than that, looks good, just please fix the crowding and make it similar to what was before please.
