Good you seemed to narrow down problem , as I posted above on the power-plugs I always push each separate pin in all the way with very small screw driver or paper-clip , to make sure there all bottomed out .

On vid card the R270x is about as fast as 7950 , all thing equal i would go with 760 .
As far as 3gig of Vram , IMO that has more to do with res you plan on running , so if you plan to stay at 1080/1440 res I doubt you have any issues .
Most games that use a lot of textures stream it cause they have to support many cards of different size Vram .

If you planed to go 4k though ,then that would be issue

I will stay 1080 this will not change for 6-8 years I guess. I know that 760 had better results on different tests, which I figured out from different pages on the net but what will be in two years dont you think that 3 GB ram is better for in instance bf4 this year already demands 4 GB VRAM for highest settings. As I said my investment has a goal of three or four years.
Another Point is as I have an İntel CPU, 760 would be better.

I think you be fine with 2gig at 1080p but i don't have a crystal ball
For example my 660ti shows max of around 1- 1.1gig at 1600x1200 res in BF4 , I don't run 4x or 2x MSAA but high settings . I think if I maxed out setting it may go to around 1.5 but I would have to check (I think org the high had 2x MSAA and it was hitting around 1.3gig but fps were below 60's so I turned it off ) .
For me if I went AMD i would move to 280x but that is me on AMD side . To me you have to more worry about how fast the card is more than the Vram, though that can be important too but again at 1080 i don't think it be issue anytime soon .

but I didnt want to wait any longer and purchased ASUS CUII OC GTX 760 on your advice for 258 Dollar.
on febuary I will purchase a new monitor then it is finished.

Well that's a good pick IMO, the two main cooler models i like are the Asus cuII and MSI twin frozr fan , I think Gigbyte has similar one too .
