Intel HD 3000 Graphics is not a graphics card. It is a GPU (graphics processing unit) that is integrated directly into the CPU. It is also not really considered an adequate gaming GPU. What games are you trying to play?

There is also a problem in zero DEDICATED VIDEO MEMORY AND SYSTEM VIDEO MEMORY

what @BarbaricSoul , its not a dedicated graphics cards, but a GPU built into the CPU, and yes it wont play new games at a high res and with all the eye candy on unfortunately as its very weak , but yeah what games are you trying to play and at what resolution?

DEDICATED VIDEO MEMORY AND SYSTEM VIDEO MEMORY ZERO 0 MB

@fariha , have you used the laptop manifacturer's suggested drivers or you downloaded from Intel Download Center right away?

Have you done any registry cleaning with CCleaner for example? Is it a fresh install of Windows? Did the problem appear just now? Has the card worked before?

are you using a laptop or a pc, fill out system specs so people can help better

and i think it says zero, because it is not fully operating graphics card, but a GPU built into a CPU

EDIT : try this??

I apologize, I don't understand. I asked 5 questions that I think have something to do with your issue. "Maybe not" doesn't answer properly to neither of them. I am sorry, I am guessing English is not your native tongue.

HP ELITEBOOK 8460P - this laptop has different configurations. Most of them has dedicated GPU - 6470M. Would you be able to provide a link or screenshot with your particular configuration?

you have to say which games you are trying to play on that machine because its weak. Your GFX is built-in so it depends on which games youre trying to play.

Why haven't anyone answered the question?

It has no memory, that's why it says 0. It uses the system RAM.

i don't think it has anything to do with "the games" or any of that. Wouldn't the bios decide what is dedicated to the GPU, would you have somehow disabled the onboard...? i can't imagine since your display is working lol

It shares system ram, has no dedicated memory.
