Someone keeps resetting my accounts password, just this morning I open up my e-mail and have two of them from EA: first one if I wish to reset my password, the other that my password has been reset.
I've checked my e-mail, no one has had access to it apart from me. This is the third time it has happened!
The only thing I can do is reset my password to regain control of my account. Tried:
1) contacting customer support, they suggest a call, but that's not possible in my country.
2) through twitter, where I got linked to some password recovery site for FIFA16, which is a dead end because of 1)
Some other notes: I can't add two step verification, because I don't remember my answer to the secret question. Tried logical answers, didn't work, might have typed in something silly.
Also, after the first time this happened my secondary email got changed to some odd address.
Does anyone know how to properly get some support from EA?
