problem with rx 580 8gb Hello everyone, I do not know if the title is appropriate or exact, I sponsor my case. I've been having problems with my PC for 3 days Which is composed of I7 3770 16gb of ram ddr3 at 1600mhz Ssd 500 gb crucial 2tb hdd Evga 600w bronze power supply RX 580 8gb sapphire pulse. On 3 occasions it has happened to me that the screen goes black but the pc is still on, the keyboard is on and I have to turn it off so that it can give video again On one of those occasions, when you turn off the pc and then turn it on, you do not see that the graphic card appeared in the device manager with a yellow icon, as if it were without Drivers, it should be noted that I have the latest Drivers installed from the amd I also emphasize that playing does not It happens to me that example I play PUBG at medium high graphics and everything normal the temperature between 55 to 60 degrees. I have done stress test with the amd software and with furkmar as well and I have not had problems, it has only happened to me when I surf the Internet or when I am doing a simple task, it should be noted that it has only happened to me 3 times but I am worried. PS: I am using a translator.

Get hwinfo 64 and open it with sensors as well, get a screenshot. Get gpu-z with a screenshot.

What are your Ambient Room Temperatures?

What sku sticker on the gpu do you have?

Did you buy this GPU used?

I dont see power supply output voltage for 12V line.

I am having intermittent issues that are similar, maybe even the same as the original poster. My card is an Asus Dual RX580 8gb, and I'm running an AMD system. The card was purchased new, at the end of last year. I would point out, however, that for me the crashes usually occur when the system is under a medium to heavy load. Though I've had it happen on near idle once as well.

I have found that reducing the factory set maximum frequency (Mhz) for the card in Radeon to 1300 or below (from 1360 for my particular card) helps reduce the frequency with which such a crash occurs. It hasn't completely eliminated the problem. I replaced my PSU yesterday, to see if there was some difficulty with the power supply, though I don't have any conclusive data on if that has improved the situation. I'm currently facing a new complication in that GPU-Z and HWMonitor are now no longer showing a temperature readout for the RX580. HWinfo64 does still give me temps for the GPU thermal diode.
