Hey guys, i have a Gigabyte SOC 580, it has a feature that allows it to go "green" and save power and create less heat. Their are LEDs in the back that show what the card is doing, Green mode will only have 1 led turned on, gaming mode will have only 3 lights on, and OCed mode (for benchmarking) will have all the leds turned on.
I love MSI afterburner, but my card is ALWAYS in OC mode when Im using it. even if i downclock the card and reduce the voltage, Last night I gave OC Guru from Gigabyte a chance and it actually made the card do what it was meant to do in certain situations, the only thing that I didnt like was that it didnt let me create a custom fan profile, I really wanna use the software that came with the card, but is there any programs that allow me to over ride what OC Guru has without messing up my clock speeds?
