just saw this today, don't know if anyone else has seen it, but it is certainly interesting and a whopper of a card. The PCB is a very nice bit of manufacturing.
 
I think it's becoming clear this is was likely never meant to be a "ti" but probably an alternate design of the normal 4090, given the "Config 2" label.
 
Things like separate PCIe connector we now see on production 5090. So they did get something out of prototyping that.
