1st post!

I love playing wwe smack down Here comes the pain. I’ve created numerous wrestlers on it but had to spread them across a number of memory cards. Is there away I can save/merge multiple cards together?

First, welcome to TPU!

Second, not sure what you mean by merging cards. You can get card readers that support more than one card at once. Or you can buy a card with a bigger capacity, then copy the files from the smaller cards to the bigger card.

Cheers, I’ve tried using a card with more capacity but the game still only allows me to us 32 of the created characters.

Oh. Ok. Then I don't see that as a hardware "problem" but a limitation (feature?) of the program. And it is not something I can help you with. I think your concerns would get more helpful attention in a different forum. Let me see if I can get the attention of mod who will move it to a better place. It should not take long.

-do you have multiple cards
-do you have OEM or some third party "multi-page" cards

I'd do what I always do, I'll have only one save at a time. I still play PS2 as well myself. Just got a lot of games, paid 50EUR and they're worth of 360EUR. :)

Silver soft-modded PS2 with a component cable. Two OEM controllers, two OEM memorycards and a 200GB HDD (2nd memory card has the softmod shit etc).

no one does but for experiments its ok he has original copys still

I believe some of the modern cards are made better. You can probably make your own now since everyone makes pcbs now.

Excuse my ignorance but can you please explain the last paragraph in layman’s terms? Cheers

You can play games off of harddrives/usb sticks basically. I have a 1tb drive with 250 games. its a deep rabbit hole many ways to do this. youtube freemcboot/freehdboot

I mean, I saw already in the 90s that my friend's "multi-page" card corrupted saves from time to time

I prefer only OEM Sony cards. Works hella great as I have even McBoot softmod on a Sony card.

Yep. Though having a fat PS2 is practically a must if you want to play from HDD

I have "only" a 200GB drive.

Hi all, I bought a card like you advised but it still only lets me save a maximum of 32 created wrestlers, plus it completely slows down the console to a snail’s pace. Any other ideas?
