PSU issue? Power on button not working after power off

Things i have not done: reflash/backflash bios, full reset bios (just have set it to standard speeds).

Pending Q's:
1. I am not sure how to formulate a google search, maybe this situation has a proper "denomination" in the internets?
2. Question for ASUS specialists: Does EPU chip (activated in BIOS) work without installing the AI Suite (EPU settings inside)?

i think if you turn it on through bios i guess it will run but AI suite may offer you better control of it

if it's windows vista then that's the problem. it sure does like blue screens! try uninstalling anything running in the background of windows and turn off all the power saving options you have in windows and bios. if your computer works when you are using it and not when you leave it there is a timeout happening there that is logging your tracks. other wise it could also be a weird ram issue when it is oced too far too many times then it becomes erroneous in that exact fassion. i just had another idea as you think it's the mobo. check your TEMPS. if one is like 70*c + RTM. REM. no RMA

Dont know what the heck it was, I switched to the other dual BIOS and set it to a standard profile, als have set energy settings in windwos to default, and VOILA,
no issue tonight, it was perfectly suspended and woke up in a sec.

(I still have a little issue and that is getting back to some overclock, but first things first, they say :). Memory latency is better when o'c-ing, but it is not noticeable in games... )
