Top 3 are pulse files, ensure you select the ones with Samsung HBM2.

What is your monitor and power supply you are using?

Picture of specific model tag from the powersupply please, how old is it?

What specific model of acer monitor, picture of model tag from back please.

Those above are unverified files,

These here are verified.

okey thx i will try those bios and let you guys know the result asap:toast:

Sounds like psu not up to snuff. Reduce power settings and try and run like that. Probably needs a good 650-700w depending on your config.

See my last post too.

Its possible you have the unmolded gpu chip where hbm and die are different heights.

Shut the rig down, open the case and get a picture of the label from the psu, model number is imperitive.

I know what card you have already...

@INSTG8R what do you think?
PSU looks capable. Old drivers in the GPUZ shot I don’t care much for. Everything else looks pretty normal
edit: 500W May be pushing it actually. I easily push over 300W alone on my V64

Supposedly it is CWT and they are Middle Ground compared to Seasonic or Superflower by design.

I know they call for 650W and that is a cheap psu.

guys it getring worse, now this card even cant stand window mode, i try uninstall all driver, no playing game, blackscreen more frequently, something is wrong, i alr claim for refund ticket, thx for the help btw :toast:

Get a 750 watt psu that is Seasonic or Super Flower Based so you dont need to worry about it...

okey will consider it, i was abt pay for new psu yes hehe, just wondering why this card beat my psu, i think model of gigabyte oc do suck more power than this pulse, however having an pwerfull psu is importnant too yes, i will have spare of new psu 750w at minimum soon thx for the tips:)

If you try with -20% power limit in drivers and you have no problem gaming with that setting, it clearly is a PSU problem. If not, maybe the mining has made some damage on the GPU.

Capacitors wear out. But is it the ones on the card or the psu? Mining card, so it could have been run hard and hot, but how old is the psu? Cheap CWT platforms used caps that could easily wear out in 2 years , like on the oldest Corsair CX models. Definitely try cutting back the power on the card. Don't those Vega cards have a power saving BIOS and a gaming BIOS switch?

under minus -20 powerlimit still got the same problem, anyway i realize that this card always running on 2nd display, could it be the culprit? how can i connect as primary discrete? its only have single hdmi slot, couldnt found other than displayport,:kookoo:, i ordering spare of 1000w psu, hope it delivery soon tonmorow:p

If new 1000w psu does not make it work, then I think it's a bad card then. If you can return it, awesome. If not, well it's either the dielectric in the capacitors has all evaporated or maybe even solder joint has gone bad and needs reflowed.

sadly my backup psu doesnt solve the problem, i alr return the card this evening, still curious what may cause the problem, but ive no hoice becouse the deadline of refund only x2 24hours hehe
anyway i pay for used thermaltake smart 1000watt:D

Used PSU's... I like my second hand parts as much as you but a PSU? Not in my baddest dreams. Its going to be hell on earth to troubleshoot, you don't know how reliable it is or how its been used.
