I have 2 sticks of Pny XLR8 3200 Mhz RAM, in the Bios settings I selected the XMP profile and did not touch anything else. I have an Intel i5 10400f and a B560 motherboard. I decided to test the RAM with the AIDA benchmark and got the following results:

My latency is 53ns. Is this normal for my platform?

Dunno, hard to say at this point as far as I'm concerned but will upload a screenshot of my Z590 board with RKL chip when I can (doing other RAM testing atm), to compare. Keep in mind though your running CL on B560. 500 series boards have been optimized for RKL architecture.

I'm running a Core i7-10700 (non-K) and 4x8GB of DDR4-3200 CL16 memory and its latency is 51.7 nanoseconds, which is probably within the margin of error of your 53.3 nanoseconds.

In this case, I will consider that this latency is within the normal range and I have nothing to worry about. Thank you!
