I have a 24" 1920X1200 display and I want to connect two old 19" 1280X1024 displays to my video card. I did the surround wizard on NVIDIA control panel and it gave me one big display of 3840X1024. the problem is the centre 24" display looks wide and blurry probably because it doesn't use its native resolution.
I there any way to correct the 24" display resolution?

Only way to correct would be to get three monitors with all the same native resolution.

^that's obvious. I know its possible with Soft TH but only with DX8/9 so I wondered if there is any changes in this subject so far.

If you want to play games spanned accross all 3 monitors then they all have to be running at the same resolution.
