Can i crossfire my old 3650 with my 4890?

Nope, only the same family of cards.

3600 with 3600's and 4800 with 4800's.

Well there's going to be that new Hydra chip coming out soon on motherboards where you can multi gpu any video card together. I think its going to be intel specific to P55 boards.

You need to have the same shader model on both cards with hydra.
