    So that's it and it was obvious from the beginning guys:
    The 290 will be 599$ and the 290X will be 699$. Quite expensive if you ask me...

    I wonder what's the actual performance gap between those 2.

    Looks like it will be £550 inc VAT in the UK then, toe to toe with the 780's
