Raided SSD performance lacking

I currently have two of;

in raid on my Asus G50V - X5;

HD Tune Pro never gives me more than 150 mb/s read. I would have thought with 2 drives in raid 0 to see more than 200 mb/s, but meh. Any thoughts?

I am running Window's 7 RC fully updated. However I might not have the right raid drive installed in windows?..any ideas?

Our G50's are crippled by their raid controllers.

They max at around 150-200.

Yup, gotta be the controller. Unless you buy a high-end dedicated card, the controller can't handle the bandwidth requirements of the SSDs.
